Our facility provides 4 lifestyle options to accommodate every resident’s wants and needs. Our care team is here to help you decide which care options fits you best.
Senior Living
Protective Care and Watchful Oversight – including daily awareness of Resident’s physical and spiritual condition, normal activities & readiness to intervene in an emergency, Rounds are every 2 hours 24 hours a day, Meals + afternoon + evening snacks, Weekly laundry service, Weekly housekeeping services with daily spot cleaning, Facility activities program, Medication supervision or reminders.
Senior Living with Wellness Support
Our Senior Living with Wellness Support level encompasses the same amenities that are included in our Senior Living Care while offering care tailored to the specific need of individual residents. A common tool used to assess a resident’s functional status and determine their level of care is the Barthel Index. This is a valuable tool for that help healthcare providers determine the level of care and support that a person may need in order to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Memory Care Center
Our Bright Seasons Unit is a designated, specialized area for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia that has security features to prevent or limit access by the Resident outside the designated or separated area. Our staff has been specially trained to meet the needs and requirements of the Residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia using the Positive Approach to Care developed by Teepa Snow, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA, and the Barthel Index Our memory care center has been approved by the department of GA and we are licensed and approved as a stand alone unit.
Respite Care
Sometimes a “short stay” is just long enough. Our respite care services include beautifully furnished suites with kitchenettes, 24 hour trained, caring staff, a full schedule of recreational, social, and spiritual activities and support, and housekeeping and laundry services. Our respite care lifestyle is designed for an array of reasons including trial periods for potential residence, to recuperate from an illness or injury, or to provide caregivers and families with a needed break. Respite care requires a minimum stay of 7 days.
