October Update 2024

This month we say goodbye to our Dynamic Duo! Mary is retiring and Shalonda is going to take care of her family. However, they are not gone forever! Both ladies will be volunteering with us! We wish you ladies blessings and expect to see you soon and often! 

In the month of September we have torn out the carpet and replaced with LVT wood floors. We are working on this same project in all of our apartments as well. 

Hopefully we can get through hurricane season without another threat for the year 2024. Be assured that our generator is more than what we need to power the house.  We are always, always prepared for the worst. 

Please send candy for the residents to hand out for Halloween. We will be enjoying the local kids that evening as they trick-or-treat at Magnolia Place!
